Day 509 - 350lbs

 509 days to go and I am happy to say that I mostly followed the plan. I woke up at 5:45 am instead of 5:30 and went to the gym.  I continue to under estimate how long it takes me to get to the gym. I wanted to spend 60 minutes on the elliptical trainer. The problem is that When I first wake up I am not the most coherent person so it takes me a while to get my shoes on figure out what I did with my keys ect. So anyway as we knew we are going to have to tweak my day slightly. Basically tomorrow I am setting the alarm for 5:15 which gives me the option to hit snooze one time and still waking up at 5:30 and getting the full hour from the gym and having enough time to get home, shower, get ready and drop Cj off at the train on the way to work.  I also just finished making my juice for tomorrow.  

So everything started good I had 3 cups of coffee, I would like that to be reduced to 2 cups.  I drank my juice and then had a salad around one. I did cheat a little this afternoon around 4 or 4:30 I was very hungry and we don't eat dinner until around 7:30. So I had a sandwich from Avanti, a service that our workplace has on site. I did however do a little ubering only got one fare before Cj was ready to get picked up. I did my juicing for tomorrow. Feeling good like I might be able to make this work.
